Why Hose-Diaphragm Pumps?
Diaphragm pumps and diaphragm piston pumps have been established in the field of industrial pump technology for a long time. With these designs, the internal parts of the pump, such as pump casing and cover, are inevitably in contact with the conveyed fluid. For this reason, very expensive special construction materials that are resistant to the product being handled are required. Moreover, failure of the flat diaphragm affects the hydraulic drive end, such as safety valves. 

In order to avoid the disadvantages of such traditional diaphragm pumps, FELUWA has developed two generations of hermetically sealed, leakfree positive displacement pumps, which are successfully operated worldwide.
 
1st Generation: Hose Diaphragm Piston Pump (flat diaphragm + hose-diaphragm) 
2nd Generation: MULTISAFE Double Hose-Diaphragm Pumps (two hose-diaphragms, arranged one inside the other)

Both designs ensure a linear flow path of the conveyed fluid throughout the hydraulically actuated hose-diaphragm. Apart from the hose-diaphragm the fluid is in contact with the check valves only.
